Body Mind Soul

What is coaching?

As a coach, I ask questions, listen actively and offer feedback in order to support the client in finding their own solutions and bringing about future-oriented changes. The focus lies on the client's own positive possibilities, characteristics and abilities.

In addition to the classic coaching tools, I use body-related methods and methods from acting work as required and, in consultation with the client, involve the soul.

Coaching can be used in various areas, such as in a professional context, in sport or in personal life. It is important to note that as a coach I do not give advice, but support the client in finding their own answers and solutions.

The coaching process is limited in time and is defined thematically.

Purpose and intent

What is the aim of coaching?

As a coach, I work closely with the client to define the goal with regard to the situation or skill being focused on and to understand their individual values and needs. Another objective of a joint coaching session is to clarify self-perception and self-reflection. Own strengths are made aware and self-motivation is consolidated in order to discover new impulses and adopt a clear perspective.

It is often a matter of changing one's own mindset, i.e. inner convictions appropriate to the situation, and developing a more open view. If it is not enough to transform the mindset of your own adult part, we can focus together on the beliefs of your own inner child. This is always done in consultation with the client. The ultimate goal is for me to support the client in shaping their life in a way that brings them more fulfillment, satisfaction and success.

Life coaching relates to all areas of life, private life, such as relationships with (ex) partners or friends, as well as dealing with colleagues, bosses etc. If there are unresolved situations within these relationships, these can often be resolved well with a short coaching session of 5 appointments.

Coaching can also be helpful for:
  • Job interviews
  • Castings
  • Life changing decisions
  • Career
  • Relationships
  • Health
  • Work-Life-Balance
  • Personal development

Voice coaching

What happens during a voice training session?

In voice coaching, we focus on the sound of the voice.

We work on how to make the voice more focused, louder and speech more precise. The aim is to make the voice clearer, more powerful and more expressive. Various techniques and exercises are used to optimize breathing, articulation, resonance and intonation. With the help of physical exercises, methods from acting and movement, we improve your expressiveness, communication and assertiveness. Voice coaching can be used for professional purposes, such as for speakers, as well as for personal development.

Speak with conviction.

Sensory coaching

SenseMovements

Sensory coaching is about improving the interaction of all sensory perceptions. Targeted exercises and techniques are used to sharpen the senses and improve the ability to perceive. This can help to increase attention, improve concentration and develop the ability to consciously focus on certain stimuli or reduce an excessive focus on stimuli.

We will create an exercise program for you to do at home, tailored to your symptoms and desire for change. The accompanying coaching appointments take place every 4-6 weeks. In addition, appointments for group training can be booked online.

Sensory coaching is suitable for both children and adults and can help with

  • Balance issues
  • Muscular immobility
  • ADHD/ADS
  • Depression
  • Autism
  • Behavioral disorders
  • Concentration disorders
  • Learning disorders
  • Developmental delays
  • Perceptual disorders
